What started as a deep love for the craft has grown into something she's incredibly proud of — a luxury edible artistry studio built on precision, artistry, and a genuine commitment to creating something beautiful for every client.

Fill out our online enquiry form with your event details and vision. We'll review everything and send over a detailed proposal — from there you can generate your invoice, pay your deposit, and lock in your date.
After your deposit, we'll collaborate on mock designs to get everything just right — from theme and colour palette to the finest details. Nothing moves forward until you're happy.
We'll be in touch the week of your order to confirm we're getting started, finalize details, and accommodate any last-minute changes.
The remaining balance is due on the day of pickup or delivery. Pickup is available in North Oakville. Local delivery is available to select GTA areas for a delivery fee.

Begin Your Order
We recommend placing your order a minimum of two weeks in advance for smaller orders, and four or more weeks for large or complex commissions such as weddings or corporate events. During peak seasons (November–December, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), slots fill quickly — reach out early to avoid disappointment.
Our creations are made in a certified commercial kitchen that also handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, and eggs. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please disclose any allergies when placing your enquiry so we can advise appropriately.
Our decorated sugar cookies have a shelf life of approximately three weeks when stored in a cool, dry place in their original packaging, away from direct sunlight. They do not require refrigeration. For optimal taste and appearance, we recommend enjoying them within the first two weeks.
Can I freeze them?Yes! Cookies are freezable for up to 3 months. Keep them in their original packaging, place the package in a zip-lock bag, then place the bag in an airtight container. To enjoy, simply thaw overnight in the container — do not open until fully thawed to avoid condensation on the icing.
What about cake pops?Cake pops are best enjoyed within 3 days of pickup or delivery. We do not recommend freezing cake pops as this may affect the coating and texture.
Yes — custom cutters are one of our specialties. We can create shapes based on logos, architectural outlines, characters, or any unique silhouette you have in mind.
Yes — local delivery is available to select areas within the Greater Toronto Area for a delivery fee. Pickup is available in North Oakville at a mutually agreed time. We do not currently ship cookies by courier.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your order date, payable via e-transfer to hello@theprettylittleflour.com. The remaining balance is due on the day of pickup or delivery. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Custom DesignsWe do our best to bring your vision to life. All creations are made based on the details you provide.
Colour & Design VariationsSlight differences in colour or design can occur due to ingredient availability, baking processes, or natural colorants. A little variation is part of the handmade charm.
CancellationsCancel 7 or more days in advance for a full deposit refund, minus a $25 administration fee. Cancellations within 6 days of pickup/delivery will result in a forfeited deposit.
LiabilityWhile we take food safety seriously, we cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or dietary needs unless we've been informed at the time the order is placed.
